After the Velvet revolution in 1989 he participated in a long-standing special practice abroad in Germany, mainly in the law firm Klett und Kollegen in their Bavarian department. After coming back to the Czech republic, a new law office in Dr. Gallivoda´s name was reestablished within the new environmental conditions. This company has been an active part of the market since 1995. From the very beginning it has been oriented towards business law and the rendering of comprehensive legal services, mainly for joint-ventures.
