The attorney Dr. Jan Gallivoda has been practising law for 20 years.

     After the Velvet revolution in 1989 he participated in a long-standing special practice abroad in Germany, mainly in the law firm Klett und Kollegen in their Bavarian department. After coming back to the Czech republic, a new law office in Dr. Gallivoda´s name was reestablished within the new environmental conditions. This company has been an active part of the market since 1995. From the very beginning it has been oriented towards business law and the rendering of comprehensive legal services, mainly for joint-ventures. Even today the company still makes use of Dr. Gallivoda´s experience from his time abroad. There fore a huge emphasis has been laid on knowedge of languages for all the law firm´s members and employees. The present seat of our company is in Plzeň, Nerudova street. The purpose of this address is to provide complex services. In the same building there are situated notarial offices, a tax adviser´s office for Czech and German tax law, officially appointed experts, real estate offices, financial adviser and advertising agency. These days our company employs, besides Dr. Gallivoda, 5 attorneys including those from our branch office in Domažlice.

This legal firm closely cooperates with foreign legal firms, mainly from Germany – Law firms such as
Dr.J.Egerer, Dr. H. Kamm Ansbach and Law firm Wilfurth und Kollegen, Regensburg and also cooperates with IHK

Our clients are mainly middle-sized companies and a family firm with investment interest from Germany.
One client is the Lear Corporation from the USA.
